Take a look at our production process. It starts from purchasing grey cloth. The grey cloth goes through processes of singeing, boiling-bleaching, mercerizing, sizing, dyeing, function enabling, dye -fixing treatment, stretching, preshrinking, and examination. Then you get the fabric you want. This cycle is about 30 days.

Then the fabric enters workwear customization sector. Here it goes through 11 processes: designing, plate making, cutting, computer sewing, five-thread sewing , joining insemorning, fixing by knot tying machine, button-sewing , ironing, garment inspection and packaging.

From the fabric to the workwear, there are 22 processes in total. Suppose you order 1000 pieces, the whole production cycle would be about 70 days.

TOWER produces 400000 sets of workwear with good quality and quantity every year.
